• On SL300 plastic corrugated pipe extrusion line, the mid-sized double wall corrugated pipes are produced for drainage, sewage, cable protection and water collection.

	EXTRUDERS Single screw extruders and large L/D ratio- 36:1 screws, which has a good plasticization, high output.
	DIE HEAD Short flow channel acheives low temperature and low pressure extrusion, which increases production efficiency by 25%. Dynamic adjustment of die head. Less adjustment time- without usage of fastening scerws. Cooling mandrel is made of the aluminium alloy and has a wear resistance layer on the discharge, high cooling efficiency and longer life service life. Fast changeover time.
	CORRUGATOR Closed loop pressure water cooling system-high forming efficiency. Advanced and high-strength structural design ensures stable production. 	CUTTER Chipless cutter enable precise, noiseless and dust-free cutting Innovative trigger mechanism ensures precise cutting. Two modes: automatic and manual operation. Adopts turnable bearings, linear guide rails and dual Italian hydraulic system to acheive center symmetry and smooth operation
